Troubleshooting
Racetrack bets not placing
Tap directly on the number in the racetrack, not the name. The hitbox is the number itself.
Go Live buffer/lag
Go Live requires stable internet for video stream. Switch to Wi-Fi if on mobile data. The RNG game needs minimal bandwidth; live needs more.
Bet rejected at table limit
Check your current bet total. Max per spin is $5,000. Individual bet type limits may be lower.
No sound on ball spin
SFX/music separate sliders. iOS first tap needed.
3D rendering slow
Close other browser tabs. The 3D engine uses moderate GPU. Budget phones may need simplified graphics (auto-detected).
Touch accuracy on number grid
Zoom in on the grid by pinching. Or use racetrack for specific number bets.
